Apricot Heart Cake

100 grams of margarine
Half a glass of powdered sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder
750 grams of apricot
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 cup of hammered nuts
Whisk the margarine, powdered sugar and salt at room temperature until the sugar melts with a mixer. Feed the eggs one by one. Add lemon peel, flour and baking powder and mix. Spread the dough into a greased baking dish. Slice the apricot seeds out. Cover the dough with slices of apricot. Sprinkle with sugar and crushed hazelnuts. Bake in preheated 175 degree oven for 1 hour. After cooling, slice and serve.
