Berliner Ingredients
300 gr. flour
100 ml. milk – warm
20 gr. wet yeast
1 egg + 3 egg yolks
40 gr. granulated sugar
1 pack vanilla
40 gr. butter – melted

Sunflower oil
Ingredients for overSTRapsong powdered sugar

Take your flour into the bowl of your stand mixer.
Open the middle and add fresh yeast, a pinch of powdered sugar and half of the milk.
Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest. stir in a mixing bowl. Beat the eggs, egg yolks and powdered sugar.
Then add butter, milk and vanilla and whisk some more.

Then mix with the dough kneading tip of your mixer for 10 minutes.
When your dough is ready, let the kitchen towel cool and let it ferment for 1 hour.

When your dough is ready sprinkle with flour and knead with your hands to remove the yeast dough.
Spread the dough with a 7.5 cm circle.
Sprinkle flour on a baking tray and take your dough into this tray. Cover the towel and leave the dough to ferment for another 30 minutes.

Pour the sunflower oil into a deep pan and put it on high heat. turn and bake for 2 minutes.
Turn the dough upside down and cook for 2 more minutes without closing the lid. Take it and squeeze it into your berliners.
Serve it again by sprinkling it with powdered sugar. Yoru m Summer
