Cream Chicken Ingredients
6 boneless chicken hips
2 teaspoons chicken seasoning
½ cup soy sauce
10 mushrooms – sliced
1 onion – julian cut
2 cloves of garlic
1 large potato
1 cup cream
Olive oil Ingredients for above
1 cup cheddar cheese – grated□p>□div>
Chop the onions in julienne.
Slice the mushrooms and garlic thinly. br /> Heat your roof.
Add olive oil and heat.
Add the onions and fry lightly.
Then add the mushrooms and garlic and wait for them to rinse off the juice.
Put your chickens in the pan and turn them on one side when they get light.
Sprinkle chicken seasonings on both sides of the chickens.
Add soy sauce and gently click on them.
Close the bottom of the stove.
Take the chickens into your oven dish and add the mushroom mortar you prepared on the chickens. br /> Spread the cream on the potatoes.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Then take the foil from the top. Cook for 15 minutes.
When the cheddar melt, remove and serve hot.
