Crispy Rice

Crispy Rice Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
½ red bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
1 green pepper
1 garlic clove
10 g ginger
1 full pinch of sesame
2 twigs of spring onion
1 lime peel and juice
1 – 2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup basmati rice
Black pepper
1 cup water
3 pieces of lime segments divdivdiv

Red, yellow and chop the green peppers into small cubes.
Chop the onions small for cooking.
Chop the fresh onions and garlic.
Peel the ginger shells and grate.
Add the onions and lightly roast.
Then add the peppers and continue to roast.
Add garlic, ginger grated and sesame, and roast.
Add the fresh onions and continue to roast. please.
Grate the lime rind with the thin side of the grater and squeeze the water.
Add the soy sauce and basmati rice to the saucepan and cover with water. Close the lid until it boils. >
