Crispy Rice Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ red bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
1 green pepper
1 garlic clove
10 g ginger
1 full pinch of sesame
2 twigs of spring onion
1 lime peel and juice
1 – 2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup basmati rice
1 cup water
3 pieces of lime segments divdivdiv
Red, yellow and chop the green peppers into small cubes.
Chop the onions small for cooking.
Chop the fresh onions and garlic.
Peel the ginger shells and grate.
Add the onions and lightly roast.
