3 chicken breasts
1 handful of baby spinach
1 cup cheddar cheese – grater
Put the chickens on your counter and use a knife to cut the upper surface without cutting the lower surface, leaving a width of 1 cm. /> Place your chicken in a non-cut pan and seal it with 1 minute intervals.
Cut your tomatoes into slices of your chicken.
Finely chop baby spinach.
Take your chickens into your glass ovenware, cheddar cheese, black pepper mill and salt and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
