Eggplant sauce recipe

A great sauce that you can serve especially with your meat dishes!

Oven 4 – 6 people 30-60 min
2 eggplants
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons yogurt
50 grams of roasted almonds
4-5 branches of dill
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Preparation of
Cook the eggplants in the oven until all the inside softens. When hot, remove the inside with a spoon and put into a container. Add lemon juice and yogurt to the inner ingredients. Add garlic and roasted almonds to the eggplant mixture by crushing thoroughly in the mortar. Add the minced dill and salt and mix. Spread very little olive oil on it. Served cold or warm
