Firik Pilaf with Eggplant

Eggplant Firik Pilaf Ingredients
2 belt eggplants
Sunflower oil – for frying
Ingredients for rice stirstrong>
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion – chopped large edible
2 cups firik bulgur
1 cup pilaf bulgur
6 cups broth < br /> salt
black pepper
2 tufts of dried mint
Ingredients for over 1nstrong>
1 heaping tablespoon of cream-up divdivdiv

For eggplants:
Chop the eggplants into small cubes.
Add oil to the pan and heat it.


For rice; stirstrong>
Wash and strain the bulgur.
Melt the butter in the saucepan and add the chopped onion and fry.
n Add and turn the bulgur.
Add the aubergine, salt, pepper and dried mint and mix.
Add the broth and cover the lid, cook until the juice is removed.
Then rest and serve.
