Grilled sea bass

Ingredients for sea bass grill recipe
2 small size perch
2 potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
Half of lemon juice
2 eggplant
4 tablespoons strained yogurt
1 clove of garlic
3 ~ 4 twigs of dill
Black pepper
Red pepper
How to make sea bass grill
Clean and wash the scales and the inside of the sea bass. Dry with paper towel. Spread olive oil inside and cook on the grill. Peel the garlic and peel it. Strained yogurt, chopped dill and garlic in a bowl and mix. Wash and dry the aubergines. Drill several times with the blade tip and roast in the oven. After the eggplants are softened, cut into lengthwise and add lightly with olive oil, a few drops of lemon juice and salt and mix. Share the strained yogurt into eggplants. Peel and boil the potatoes. When the potatoes soften, cut in four lengths and cook for 2-3 minutes in olive oil with spices added. Place the grilled sea bass on the serving plate. Add the eggplant and potatoes and serve hot.
