1 liter of hot water
3 sachets of black tea
1 cup powder sugar
5 – 6 sprigs of fresh mint
½ liter of water
2 fingers missing from 1 glass of lemon juice – 3-4 pieces
1 liter of boiled water in a jug
Throw 3 sachets of black tea in it and leave to infuse.
Grate the crust of 2 lemons into thin long pieces.
Then cut the grated lemon into thin slices. When the tea is ready, add the lemon peels and lemon slices that you planed into. Add powdered sugar and cloves, mix until the sugar is completely melted.
Add fresh mint when the sugar is melted.
Then add half a liter of water and lemon juice at room temperature. otherwise your iced tea will be a bit bitter. Let it cool for a while.
Then put it in the refrigerator and let it cool.
Note: You can keep it in the fridge for 2 – 3 days !!□p>
