Eggplant Mini Quiche Ingredients
Ingredients for the dough
400 gr. flour – 3,5 glasses of water
200 gr. butter – cold
2 eggs
1 – 2 tablespoons of water (if required)

3 pieces of eggplant
2 tablespoons spreadable fresh cheese or cream cheese
1 cup milk
¼ nutmeg grate
8 dried tomatoes
8 – 10 black olives
2 – 3 sprigs of fresh oregano

For quiche dough, first take the flour, butter, egg and salt into the shredder and pull it into the dough.
