New Year Cake

1 kg sliced pumpkin
2 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons of water
1 ready sponge cake
1 glass of water Milk
1 cup of crushed walnut
1 tea cup fishnet pistachio
On: Mint leaf and pomegranate
Place the sliced pumpkin in a saucepan and sprinkle with water. Cook over low heat until the pumpkin softens and strain the juice. Crush it with a fork and mash it. Moisten the sponge cake with milk. Place the bottom base of the sponge cake on the serving plate and spread half of the pumpkin puree on it. Sprinkle walnuts on it and close the other sponge cake. Cover each side with the remaining pumpkin puree. Decorate the edges of the cake with fish pistachios and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds, then serve by slicing.
