Olive oil < br /> 2 medium onions – small cooking chopped
300 gr. ground meat
3 pieces of pepper
1 clove of garlic
3 pieces of tomatoes – peeled, chopped
½ cup water

Peel the potato shells and chop them 1 cm thick.
Fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes and remove them on a towel spread. For minced mortar;
Add olive oil to a pan and heat.
Add the minced meat and start roasting.
Add the onions and continue to roast.
Chop the peppers finely, add to the pan and continue to roast.
Add salt and pepper, roast.
Tap on garlic and finely chop, add to the pan.
Add tomatoes, turn 1 – 2 minutes.
Place the potatoes on the base of a large pot.
Add a few slices of tomatoes and large chopped peppers to the saucepan and close the lid.
Cook for 30 minutes on medium low heat.
