Reyhan Sherbet

Reyhan Sherbet Ingredients
2 vineyards
1 cup powder sugar
½ teaspoon lemon salt
6 teeth dry cloves
2 sticks of cinnamon
5 cups of hot water

Add powdered sugar, lemon salt, cloves and cinnamon sticks in a mixing bowl.
Add hot water over them and stir until the sugar melts. < br /> Add the basil, cover with stretch film and allow to infuse.
Filter the cooled sherbet into a jug and cool in the refrigerator.
Serve with ice.
