Roasted haddock with vegetables

Ingredients for roasting whiting with vegetables
300 g haddock fillet
10 ~ 12 cherry tomatoes
3 spring onions
1 tomato paste
2 pointed peppers
2 tablespoons olive oil
Black pepper
Red pepper
How to roast whiting with vegetables
Chop fillet whites in the form of fingers. Sprinkle with salt and leave for 20 minutes. Clean the stems and kernels of tomato paste and red pepper. Chop the peppers in the shape of fingers. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Cut to four. Clean the fresh onions and chop them into large pieces. Take the olive oil into the pan and heat. Add the peppers and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the fish meat and continue to roast. Add the fresh onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes without stirring. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook them without crushing. Add salt, pepper, thyme and red pepper and season. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove the pan from the stove. Serve the haddock with red onion, lemon slice, arugula leaves and baked crusted potatoes.
