Ingredients for sea bass marinade recipe
1 kg of sea bass fillet
2 lime
2 lemons
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
4 sprigs of spring onions
1 pinch of fresh coriander
1 Mexican pepper
1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make Marinated Sea Bass
Grate the shells of one of the lime and lemons and squeeze them all. Add olive oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper to lemon juice and beat. Chop the Mexican peppers, spring onions and coriander from the seeds and add to the sauce. Cut the fish into large pieces. Add the sauce and leave it to stand for 1 day. Serve.
