Sea bream with spinach and mushrooms

Ingredients for sea bream recipe with spinach and mushrooms
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 bream
250 g culture mushroom
50 g spinach
1 lemon
10 cherry tomatoes
10 shallots
2 bay leaves
1 tea cup of hot water
How to make sea bream with spinach and mushrooms
Heat the pan and add the olive oil. Place the cleaned fish in the pan and fry both sides. Sauté shallots and garlic peeled in the same pan. Divide the mushrooms into four and add and continue sautéing. Add the cherry tomatoes, coarsely chopped spinach, laurel leaves and remove the pan from the stove. Place the fish in a baking dish. Cover the fish with vegetables sauteed. Add a glass of hot water and lemon slices. Bake in the hot oven for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
