Tahini Molasses Cake

Tahini Molasses Cake Ingredients
4 eggs
1,5 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup milk < br /> 3 cups flour
1 pack vanilla
2 pack baking powder
1 handful of walnuts – finely chopped
½ cup tahini

2 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons grape molasses
1 tablespoon milk
1 handful of walnuts – finely chopped

In a mixing bowl, whisk the powdered sugar and the egg until the powdered sugar melts and swells. Add sunflower oil and milk and stir.
Sift the flour, vanilla and baking powder into the mixture you mix and gently mix from the outside with the help of a spatula.

Separate 1 cup of cake mixture from a separate mixing bowl.
Add tahini, molasses and finely chopped walnuts and mix.
Then add the tahini molasses cake mortar you separated.
Mix tahini, molasses and milk in a mixing bowl to obtain a slightly viscous consistency. Then, take the lightly cooled cake to the serving plate and roll over the mixture of tahini molasses prepared.
Serve with finely chopped walnut.
